When using our services, you may provide: event details (titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations), business information (business hours, services offered), booking information, and timezone data detected automatically from your device.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect usage data including: app interaction data, device timezone, error logs (via Sentry), and anonymous analytics data (via Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes: to provide and maintain our scheduling and booking services, to send notifications about bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and event reminders through the Telegram bot, to process payments and manage subscriptions, to improve our application and user experience, to detect and prevent technical issues, and to provide customer support.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following cases: between event organizers and clients (booking details necessary for the service), with payment providers when you purchase a subscription (Telegram Stars or card payments), with third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika) in anonymized form, with Sentry for error tracking and application stability, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access only the calendar data necessary to synchronize your events. We do not access your email, contacts, or any other Google services. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time through the application settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication is handled through Telegram's secure Mini App platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you stop using the application, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
