Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Team Calendar ("the Application"), a Telegram Mini App for scheduling and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Team Calendar is a scheduling and booking platform designed for small businesses including salons, coaches, studios, trainers, and freelancers. The Application allows business users to create events and services, set business hours and availability, share booking links with clients, manage bookings and notifications, and accept payments for subscriptions.

Clients can view available time slots, book events, manage their bookings, and receive notifications about their appointments.

3. Account and Authentication

Access to Team Calendar is provided through the Telegram platform. By using the Application, you authorize us to receive your Telegram profile information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Telegram account when using Team Calendar.

4. Subscription Plans

Team Calendar offers a Free plan with basic functionality and a paid Standard plan with extended features. The Standard plan is available at 499 RUB per month or 4,790 RUB per year. A 7-day free trial is available for the Standard plan.

Payments are processed through Telegram Stars or card payment methods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Application, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Team Calendar, you agree to: provide accurate information about your events and services, not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes, not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Application, respect the rights and privacy of other users, not create misleading or fraudulent event listings, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you create events as a business user, you are responsible for: the accuracy of event information (time, location, description), fulfilling booked appointments, timely notification of any changes or cancellations, compliance with local business regulations, and providing the services described in your event listings.

7. Booking and Cancellation

Team Calendar facilitates the booking process between event organizers and clients. We are not a party to the agreements between organizers and clients. Cancellation policies are determined by individual event organizers. Both organizers and clients can cancel bookings through the Application, with appropriate notifications sent to affected parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Team Calendar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

Team Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: any disputes between event organizers and clients, lost revenue or missed appointments, service interruptions or technical failures, accuracy of information provided by users, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms of Service, use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or create content that harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Application or via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts.
